PROTOTOKOS ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you visit prototokos.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Order information. When you place an order we collect your name, email, billing/shipping address, payment details (handled by Shopify Payments & Stripe — we never see full card numbers), and the items you purchased.
• Account information. If you create an account, we store your email and saved addresses.
• Browsing data. We collect anonymized analytics via Shopify analytics and Meta/Google Pixels (pages viewed, device type, source) to improve the store and run ads.
• Cookies. Cookies keep your cart, log you in, and power analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may break.

How we use it

• To fulfill and ship your orders (shared with our print partner Printful and shipping carriers).
• To answer customer support emails.
• To send marketing emails (only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To measure ad performance and improve the site.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed with: Shopify (store platform), Printful (printing & fulfillment), Stripe / Shopify Payments (payment processing), shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.), and email marketing tools we use (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@prototokos.com from the address tied to your account.

If you live in California (CCPA) or the EU (GDPR), you have additional rights to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
