Shipping Policy

We ship from the United States. Each piece is made to order, then dispatched by our fulfillment partner.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. military APO and FPO addresses. International shipping is not yet available. We will announce international availability on this page when it opens.

Production and transit times

Total delivery time has two stages:

• Production: 2–5 business days from the time you place the order. The piece is printed and quality-checked at the fulfillment facility.
• Transit: 3–7 business days for standard ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses may take 7–14 business days.

Total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days for the contiguous 48 states, 9–19 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and military addresses. Times are estimates from our carriers and may vary during peak seasons or due to weather.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order. There is no minimum purchase. We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.

Carriers and tracking

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selected by the fulfillment partner based on destination. You will receive a tracking number by email when the order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours after dispatch to begin updating.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and household members, and confirm the address on the shipping label. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 14 days of the marked-delivery date and we will work with the carrier to file a claim.

If a package is in transit for longer than 21 days from the ship date with no tracking updates, email hello@prototokos.com and we will issue a replacement at no cost.

Damaged in transit

If a package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the package and the contents before opening fully, then contact us within 7 days. See the refund policy for replacement details.

Order changes and cancellations

Because each piece is made to order and enters production quickly, we can only modify or cancel an order before production begins. To request a change, email us within 2 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes after that window.
